Sand
Sand encourages exploration and experimentation leading to concept formation.
When I am playing in sand I am:
- Learning about texture, building and obstacles
- Feeling relaxed, safe, and comfortable
- Being given an opportunity to expand my sensory awareness
- Talking with my friends and learning about them
